Nowadays, multinational and transnational companies have been developing at an atonishing rate all over the world. Undoutedly, it is wonderful for everyone to know more about multiculturalism in a global company; however, I suppose it is not the most effective way since it depends on certain positions in the company.

It is apparent that when working in an international enterprise, people have more opportunities to gain knowledge about different customs and traditions for some main reasons.

In contrast, I strongly believe that there are other useful ways to understand the cultural diversity such as travelling abroad and learning a foreign language at school.

4. CONCLUSION: 

In conclusion, besides working for a multinational business, I think taking an overseas tour or pursuing a specialty in foreign languages at university are also valuable options for growing understanding of diverse cultures.
