A person can become famous if they discover or invent something important, achieve something others just dream about, have outstanding accomplishments, break stereotypes, contribute in various spheres of life, often appear in public or get involved in scandals. 

Are there any differences between the people who were famous a few years ago and the people who are famous today?

Yes, I think there are many differences between the people who were famous a few years ago and the people who are famous today. A decade and more ago people could become famous for their achievements, having outstanding accomplishments, doing great things or contributing in various spheres of life. In contrast, now people can become famous mostly for their private lives and the image they try to project, their naked bodies shown on TV or on the Internet, dating a celebrity, appearing in TV shows or getting involved in scandals.

What qualities do famous people have in common?

Famous people are public figures so they need to have special and good qualities that people can emulate. Celebrities should have a charisma, recognizable image, a high self-esteem, an excellent network, a mindset of abundance and self-control.

Do you think famous people ever have a negative influence on ordinary people?

Yes, I think famous people have a negative influence on ordinary people if they do some inappropriate things, do something illegal, engage in illicit activities, set a bad example, abuse drugs and alcohol or have risk-taking behaviours.

Through what kind of media can they be famous?

In the present era, with the development of digital and technology, one can easily become famous through the Internet, social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vine, Tumblr, television magazines, newspapers or radio.
